Our Newly Organized Apartment

As I mentioned earlier this week, we hardcore cleaned and re-organized our apartment last weekend. Then we ran off to Montreal for a mini vacation (I know Montreal in February not our brightest plan!) but now that we are home I need to get the pictures off my desktop so check out the new look! 

In the spare room we moved the bed (again), and then moved the desk from the living/dining room and entryway area to the second bedroom. Hopefully that will keep the desktop clutter down! 

Just another angle of the bedroom, the cluttered shelf was formerly where the desk is now. 

In the dining room/entry way we put our new storage bench in the former location of the desk, and turned the table just to change things up! 

The storage bench is now home to our backpacks, sunglasses, etc. that had previously been sitting all over the living/dining room area. Now they are all happily contained and out of sight! Bonus we have a cute little bench to sit on! 

Look how clean our pantry is! I know this is probably only exciting to me, but seriously it hasn't been this user friendly since we moved in! 

I love that our living/dining room and entryway area are much less cluttered, and I'm hoping that having the desk in a quieter location (ie. no TV) will inspire us to be more productive when we hang out there. 

I'll share some stories from our Montreal trip later this weekend but right now I have got mounds of homework to get through!
