Sunday Stories 2.17.2013

This week was kind of a roller coaster. Jay came home from a business trip, K-Fran's manfriend Matt arrived and then the two of them returned to NS. Oh, and I had to go to school and work and celebrate my favourite day of the year. A busy, emotional, exhausting, but not terrible week.

Wednesday my school posse and I trekked to the new Kiwi Kraze Fro-Yo shop and had Fro-Yo for breakfast. Oh, and cajun french fries. Breakfast of champions for sure!

As I mentioned Jay was away for a week for work. He attended a conference in Florida and had the chance to check out Downtown Disney and Epcot. Canada land was his favourite of course!

This is made entirely of lego.

Jay came home just in time for Valentine's Day, and then the Thursday morning class I had been dreading was cancelled!  We had red pancakes for breakfast and heart shaped meatballs for supper. Don't worry we didn't neglect K-Fran, by then Matt was here so they were able to go on a long-awaited date

K-Fran left on Friday, the apartment feels lonely without her! We spent the weekend cleaning and re-organizing the apartment, and collecting a number of treasures to donate. We managed to make it to our goal of getting rid of 100 things, I'm going to blog about it don't worry!

I had a suitcase that had a broken zipper, I had taken it to get repaired but the repair didn't work. Instead they gave me a replacement suitcase of my choice, and by some miracle I got $5.50 back! Yes, I got a new suitcase and paid to take it out of the store. Haha. Seriously fantastic.

Hope you had a great week and relaxing weekend. The long dreary days of Winter feel like they might be winding down, one can certainly hope at least!

Keep Smiling :)
