Linking up with Neely & Ashley today! Thank goodness for link-ups for those days when I am in need of inspiration! 

1. What is one item you wish you could splurge on right now?

A new MacBook. Both Jay & I have MacBooks, his is 7 years old and mine 5.5 and both have been dropped, spilt on (whoops)! and used for school & to watch movies. Oh, and mine is currently storing 7 folders of wedding photos (mostly duplicates with different names of course). So yeah, before one of these beasts dies on us I'd like a new one!

2. If you had an entire weekend of no plans what would you do?

Is it sad that this is most of my weekends? I'm a big fan of Netflix marathons, Saturday afternoon naps and laundry that folds itself (oh, wait... that's still not a thing?) 

3. What is the next place you are visiting outside of your current city?

We're going camping at a Provincial Park about 2 hours away from home in a couple weeks, though I cannot remember what it's called at the moment! I'm hoping for warm weather! 

4. Are you a neat freak or a clutterbug?

Somewhere in the middle. I prefer things neat and tidy but can't help but leave my treasures strewn all over the place. Our kitchen table is basically a black whole for everything we own. 

5. What is your favourite summer purchase?

I just bought a flowery dress for work that is the perfect mix of fun and professional. My boss actually told me on Friday that it suited me perfectly so I'm counting it as a win, and it was only $7!
