Letter 48

My first non-Valentine since the beginning of the month (sorry about that), went to my first Ottawa friend and her husband for their 2nd wedding anniversary. 

She and I met my second week in Ottawa when I went into the office where she worked for an interview. Fortunately I got the job, and she was patient enough to teach me how to use all of the office equipment! We shared many late afternoon laughs over funny internet videos, enjoyed lunchtime visits from her adorable daughter and listened to so many delightful '90s rap throwbacks. 

We coincidentally ended up back in school for our ECE creds at the exact same time, and spent another year together basically 24/7 before taking jobs at schools a stones throw apart. 

With her adorable daughter we scoured the mall for deals and stuffed our faces with burgers the size of our heads and all you can eat Sushi. I just love this girl for her honesty and hilarious jokes and I'm so glad that I got that office job.

We had the best time ever dancing at her wedding and I'm so excited for her and her husband as they celebrate two years of being married!! They've been together forever but it's still awesome! 

GAH! I just love her. 

Maybe today is a good day to write a letter to that friend that makes you say "GAH! I just love her"......
