This letter is headed to Jay's Grandma, whom we both love dearly (of course)! She lives in Ontario, but has been a constant presence in our lives the last 8 years, and in Jay's life well before I was in the family!
She made sure she was at all of Jay's graduations, and flew down for our wedding which meant so much to both of us! She's been going through a lot lately, but keeps fighting and coming through stronger than before.
As she celebrates her birthday we just wanted her to know how much we love her!
