Sorry it's been so long between posts, and also sorry in advance for this blog's lack of photos and videos. My life just hasn't been fascinating enough lately to warrant taking a photo. No evil squirrel attacks, no sneaky moves by Rexy just mundane day to day life. (But I love it!)
Jay and I are enjoying finally living together, or I'm enjoying it and he is tolerating it. My mess and my apparent laziness is starting to get on his nerves I think. But it's so nice to not say goodbye every Sunday night. We are spending ridiculous amounts of time at Wal-Mart and shopping and of course driving around lost because we like to think we know our way around.. we don't.
As many of you know I am employed full time now, so no longer will I be home all day to watch my beloved Regis & Kelly. Instead I'll be getting up early and spending a whole day hoodie and sneaker-free. I'm not sure how I will adjust! It's definitely a challenge but I am so excited to try something new and not be spending all day at home waiting for Jay to keep me company! I was sad to leave my after-school job though, I was just finding my way and starting to know the kids & staff it would have been a fun place to stay too! Oh growing up is hard to do sometimes.....
It still hasn't rained much here, it's hot one day, cold the next but always sunny. I drove myself to work all on my own and rocked it which was reassuring.
The best part of this past week was the BIG Brother 13 finale when Rachel won! It was incredible and cheesy as it may sound kind of inspiring. She definitely faced the most challenges in the game and she was able to overcome them all and come out on top in the end. It was lovely and made me exceptionally happy (and many people unhappy I know!)
Otherwise I have no news, I still miss you all dearly weekends aren't nearly as fun here although the main street ours attaches to had a block party festival thing on the weekend which was pretty interesting and of course we went to the library again. We are really living the dream! haha.
