Edit: I wrote and intended to publish this 2 weeks ago but clearly that didn't happen. Rather than re-write the intro I'm going to leave it as is to give credit to the 3 lovely ladies who inspired the post.
I'm loving these Blog Everyday In July prompts, it's like they knew I'd be feeling lazy and in need of direction this month! I'm linking up with Allie, Faith & Juliette and again, so thankful for their great ideas this month.
Currently...
Reading... Coming Clean, it's a memoir written by the daughter of hoarders, an interesting perspective. I'm also slowly making my way through 1984 by George Orwell.
Writing... This here blog post? I've also been working on a re-vamped resume and teaching portfolio.
Listening... To a documentary about Jim Jones (Jonestown: Paradise Lost) on Netflix.
Thinking... I should get up off the couch and be a little productive.
Smelling... My chocolate cheerios :) Breakfast of champions!
Wishing... Vacation could last forever, I should probably be buying more lottery tickets if I want that to be my life! Summer is just such a good time to not work (that being said, I am very grateful to have a job and be able to work- I know not everyone is so lucky).
Hoping... It's not too hard to get approved on a mortgage next year, I know thinking ahead! We've got big changes coming up, so we're hoping things go as planned.
Wearing... Gym shorts and a t-shirt, not quite ready for work yet.
Wanting... too much.
Loving... being married. I didn't expect it to be different, but in little ways it is. Such an amazing time in our lives.

Being married is so crazy to me sometimes. It's so normal. It's "our life," but sometimes I take a step back and realize that it wasn't always like this and that there was a time that this was all we wanted! It's kind of the greatest, huh? Also? I love your short hair in your wedding photos!
