Ten on Tuesday

Following yesterday's Dear Monday post, I found another cool blog idea which is good because I was running low on motivation today. Thanks Lin at Linny's Vault for coming up with this awesome idea! 

Without further ado, my first random Ten on Tuesday list. 

1. I finally got started on the infinity scarf project that I've wanted to do for months. I originally intended to add snaps so they could be worn like the Lululemon Vinyasa scarves but it turns out adding snaps is beyond my skill level. The scarves are about half done now, I just need to connect the ends into a circle. Hopefully I will finish them today and be able to share some photos. 

2. It is unreal hot in our apartment today, I'm not even sure it's this hot outside. I am melting. Two fans and a de-humidifier aren't helping. Sad face. (Update: Jay tells me it is 41 degrees outside, gross).

3. I'm watching Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Khloe went to one anger management class and is acting like it totally changed her life. Even I can't appreciate that as realistic. 

4. The Walking Dead season three has a release date (October 14th) and a new trailer. I am so pumped for season three, I just find it all so fascinating. We just finished watching season two a couple weeks ago and I'm trying to wait the appropriate amount of time before before asking to watch it again! I like watching it with Jay cause he can let me know when a scary part (ie. a zombie part) is coming up.  I can't handle all the suspense.

5. In exactly a week I will hopefully be watching Channing Tatum shake his sexy goodness all over the screen at the movies, something I've been patiently waiting for. I haven't heard all good things about the film, but I feel like it is something everyone needs to experience for themselves.

6. Following #5, in less than a week I will be back in NS, where I am hopeful there will be a slight breeze! Oh and I am of course beyond excited to see all my hometown lovelies. Should be an outstanding vacation.

7. I just had a lovely chat with my adorable Nan. She is so spunky for a 93 year old, I adore her. She and my grandfather had heard on the news that there is a tornado warning outside of Ottawa and wanted to make sure I stayed inside. Adorable.

8. Okay, the Kardashians are over and I am now watching my latest guilty pleasure on E!,  Giuliana and Bill. They are the cutest, so in love and honest. It feels much less staged than some other reality TV, less like they film everything over and over to get the perfect take. I love it.

9. Tomorrow I go for what is hopefully my final medical appointment to meet all the requirements for school. I think I have finally gotten all the required shots, which is awesome. Now to just get this show on the road and start class (though I don't want summer to end yet!)

10. I've been meeting some great blogging ladies the past few days and I just want to say thanks for the comments, and stopping by my blog! I really appreciate everyone who is taking the time to read my blog (whether you've been with me since August 2011, or just found it recently!) - You are all wonderful!
